Hey all! I'm looking to buy a health pack or just some sleep gummies as a gift for my dad (he's 65 and has trouble sleeping) and my best friend (she's a fitness nut and always complains about restless nights). Any recommendations? Prefer natural, non-habit forming. Thanks!

I'd suggest checking out 'ZzzQuil Naturals' – they have melatonin and chamomile, and taste like berries. My dad loves them, and they're not too strong. For a fitness friend, maybe 'OLLY Restful Sleep' – they have a bit of extra L-theanine, which is good for recovery. Both are solid.

If they're sugar-conscious, go for 'Sugar-Free Sleep Gummies' from Nature's Bounty – they use stevia and have 3mg melatonin. I'm a sugar-free advocate and these are my go-to. Avoid ones with tons of sugar – some have like 8g per gummy, that'll mess with your sleep more than help.

+1 for sugar-free. Also consider 'Kurmi' or 'Nordic Naturals' – they have zero sugar and use magnesium for relaxation. But remember, melatonin isn't for everyone. Maybe check if your dad has any health issues. My pop had to stop because it interacted with his BP meds. Just a heads up.

I've been using 'Traditional Medicinals' gummies – no melatonin, just herbs like valerian and passionflower. They're more natural. For a fitness friend, look for ones with CBD – that helps with recovery but not always legal everywhere. Anyway, good luck! And maybe get sample sizes first?
