Can I mix sleep gummies with my morning coffee?

Hey everyone! I just started taking these sleep gummies and they work wonders at night. But I'm a coffee person in the morning, and I'm wondering if it's okay to have coffee and then take the gummies later? Like, is there any interaction? Or should I avoid caffeine altogether? Thanks!

I'm not a doc but I think it's fine. Caffeine is out of your system long before bedtime. I'd just make sure the gummies don't have extra stuff that might clash with caffeine. Check the label for any stimulants like green tea extract or something. If it's just melatonin and herbs, you're golden.

Honestly, I'd keep it simple. Why mix? If they're for sleep, take them when you're ready to wind down. Coffee is for waking up. No need to combine. But if you must, just space them out – like 10-12 hours apart. Your body will metabolize caffeine quick enough.

I actually take my sleep gummies with chamomile tea at night, never tried with coffee. But from what I've read, there's no negative interaction – just make sure you don't take them too close to bedtime if you've had a lot of caffeine that day. The gummies are more about signaling to your body, not drugging you. So you're good!
