Hey all! I'm a night shift worker and I've been looking for something to help me crash during the day. I saw these sleep gummies (the ones with melatonin and chamomile) at Costco for like $12 for a huge bottle, normally $20+. Is it a steal or are they just cheap ingredients? Anyone tried them?

I got those last month! I make my own gummies usually, but for that price I had to try. They're actually pretty legit. The melatonin dose is consistent (I checked by dissolving one in water and testing with a cheap melatonin test strip lol). Pumpkin spice flavor is decent. For $12 it's a no-brainer imo.

Ooh I'm a flavor snob! How's the taste? Sometimes cheap gummies are like chewy medicine. I hate that artificial sweetener aftertaste. Are they coated in sugar or what?

Haha, I'm not picky, but they didn't taste bad to me. Kinda like a mild berry? No weird aftertaste. Maybe a tiny bit gritty but nothing terrible. I'd say go for it if you see them!

Alright, you convinced me. I'll grab a bottle next time I'm at Costco. Worst case, I'll use them for baking or something lol. Thanks!
