Just saw this article about Martha Stewart launching CBD sleep gummies. Sounds fancy, but does the hype match the price? I'm curious if anyone's actually tried these or similar CBD gummies for sleep. My weekends are ruined by bad sleep, I need some help! 😴

lol Martha Stewart? Those are probably like $60 a bottle. As a broke student, I'm out. I stick to my cheap melatonin gummies from the drugstore. But hey, if you've got the cash, let us know if they work. I'm skeptical CBD does anything for sleep tbh.

I've been trying to meditate before bed, but I'm a total rookie. I've heard CBD can help you relax, but I'm not sure about the combo with all the other stuff in those gummies. Also, is it even legal? Sometimes I get confused with all the regulations. Let me know if you try them!

For those interested, CBD for sleep is still under research, but some studies suggest it might help with anxiety-related sleep issues. However, the quality and dosage matter. Martha Stewart's brand seems to be high-end, but I'd check the third-party lab results for the actual CBD content. Also, beware of drug interactions. Always consult a healthcare provider if you're on meds. As for me, I'll stick to my chamomile tea ritual. 🙂
