I saw that article too. As a mom who's tried everything for sleep, I'm skeptical. CBD gummies are trendy, but do they work? My concern is what's really in them. Martha Stewart is not a scientist. I'd like to see some clinical studies before I trust a lifestyle guru.

Hey, I'm all for natural remedies, but CBD is not my thing. I follow a keto diet and I'm very careful about sugar and carbs. These gummies probably have sugar or some sweetener that could kick me out of ketosis. Plus, I'm not sure about the interaction with other meds. Better to stick to melatonin for me.

I love this! As a yoga instructor, I'm always looking for holistic ways to unwind. CBD has been a game changer for my clients who struggle with stress-induced insomnia. Love that Martha is normalizing wellness. But yeah, always check the ingredient list for quality. I'd say give it a try if you're curious, but talk to your doc first.

VibeVitamins309, I get your point, but I've heard CBD can be pretty unregulated. I'm concerned about what's actually in the gummies. And RootRose93, great point about the keto aspect. I didn't even think about that. I guess I'm just wary of celebrity endorsements.
