Hey everyone, just saw this article about Martha Stewart launching her own CBD sleep gummies. Here's the link: [article link]. Summary: Martha Stewart, the lifestyle icon synonymous with domestic perfection, has extended her brand into the wellness arena with the launch of her Martha Stewart Sleep C... What do you all think? Has anyone tried these or similar products? Looking for something to help me wind down at night.

Interesting! As a holistic healer, I appreciate that CBD is plant-based and works with the body's endocannabinoid system. However, I'd want to know the full ingredient list—is it organic? Any artificial colors or sweeteners? The energy of the brand matters too; Martha's vibe might be too 'corporate' for true healing. I'd recommend looking for smaller brands with transparent sourcing first.

I'm skeptical. As a traditionalist, I believe in old-school remedies like chamomile tea or valerian root, not celebrity-endorsed gummies. CBD might help, but why does it have to be in a gummy? Feels like a marketing gimmick to me. If you're struggling with sleep, have you tried meditation or cutting screen time before bed? That's what worked for my grandma, and she slept like a rock.

Fascinating from a science perspective! CBD has shown promise in studies for anxiety and sleep, but the research is still emerging. Key questions: What's the CBD concentration per gummy? Is it broad-spectrum or isolate? Third-party tested? Martha Stewart's brand might have good QC, but I'd want to see the lab reports. Also, consider the placebo effect—if you believe a 'lifestyle icon' helps, it might work psychologically! 😄
