Hey everyone, I bought a bottle of Sleep Gummies about 2 months ago. They were soft and dark purple when new. Now they're lighter in color, kind of hard, and some are sticking together. I see a white powdery stuff on a few. Are they still safe to eat? I really need my sleep but don't want to get sick.

I'd be super cautious. That sounds like they've gone bad or the ingredients separated. The white powder could be sugar bloom (like on old candy) but could also be mold. I wouldn't risk it, especially with kids around. Better to toss and get a fresh batch. Lesson: check the expiration date and store in a cool, dry place!

Agreed with Lily. As a fitness guy, I've seen supplements degrade. The hard texture suggests they lost moisture, which might affect potency. The color change could be from light or heat exposure. While they probably won't kill you, the active ingredients (like melatonin) might be less effective. I'd replace them. Also, store in the fridge next time—it prolongs shelf life.

I'm all about keto and clean ingredients. The sugar bloom might just be sugar, but who knows what else leached out. If they're harder, the gelatin might have denatured. Honestly, I'd contact the company for a refund or replacement. They should have a batch number on the bottle. Meanwhile, try a keto-friendly sleep aid like magnesium glycinate. No sugar, no weird texture issues.

Thanks all. I'll toss them and get new ones. Lesson learned: store in the fridge and check dates. I'll look into the magnesium suggestion too, Vince. Appreciate the help!
