Wait, are sleep gummies secretly a skin hack??

So I started taking the Sleep Gummies about a month ago because I was desperate for some actual rest (hello, 2AM brain meetings). And yes, I’m sleeping better. BUT my skin is looking AMAZING. Like, people at work asked if I got Botox. Is this a side effect? Anyone else?

Yo ZenZoe! I’ve been on these for 3 months now. Saw the same thing. I think it’s the melatonin + the biotin in some brands. My hair and nails got stronger too. Just make sure you don’t take too much or you’ll get groggy.

It’s probably the adaptogens like ashwagandha in the blend — helps cortisol, which wrecks both sleep and skin. But check the ingredients for the planet-friendly packaging btw. My brand uses compostable pouches #zerowaste

I’m still on the fence about gummy supplements. They’re candy to me. But if you guys say it works for skin maybe I’ll try a sample. Do you get the sugar-free kind? Last thing I need is more sugar crashes.

Ursula – yep, mine has ashwagandha and chamomile. UrbanUma – I use the sugar-free ones from SleepWell. Taste like raspberry and no jitters. Honestly, I thought it was placebo until my husband noticed my skin. Give it 2 weeks!
