So I started taking these sleep gummies last month because I was having trouble falling asleep (thanks, stress). And they did help me sleep better, but I also noticed my skin has been looking clearer? I've struggled with breakouts for years, and I haven't changed anything else. Could the gummies be doing this or is it just a coincidence? Anyone else notice unexpected perks?

That's interesting! I take them for sleep too, but I've noticed I feel less anxious during the day. Like, I'm not as easily annoyed by delayed flights or bad Wi-Fi. Maybe it's the magnesium? Some gummies have that. But yeah, sleep fixes a lot.

Haha, I thought I was the only one! I've been using them for better sleep before long runs, but I also feel like my recovery time has improved. Maybe it's just getting more rest, but I'll take it. What brand are you using? I'm curious if it's the same one.

Honestly, I think better sleep can do wonders for your whole body. I take them for post-workout rest, and I've noticed my hair seems shinier? Could be placebo, but I'm not complaining. Maybe it's the biotin they add to some sleep formulas.
