Weird side effect from sleep gummies – vivid dreams?
Hey everyone! I started taking these new sleep gummies a week ago, and I’ve been having the most vivid, movie-like dreams. Not nightmares, just super intense stories. Also noticed my pee is bright yellow in the morning – probably the B vitamins? Anyone else experience this? 😅
Oh yeah, the vivid dreams are real! I’ve been on a different brand for a month and my dreams are like IMAX now. The bright pee is def the riboflavin (B2) from the gummies – totally normal. But have you noticed any change in taste? I feel like my tongue is more sensitive to sweet stuff now. Maybe it’s just me.
I haven’t tried sleep gummies (I stick to melatonin), but vivid dreams are a known side effect. The bright urine is harmless, it's just excess B vitamins being excreted. For taste changes, could be the specific sweeteners they use. Cathy, what brand are you using?
@MountainMike733 I haven’t noticed taste changes yet, but I’ll keep an eye out! @TendonTom683 I’m using 'Dreamzzz' brand, the strawberry ones. They taste great actually. The dreams are kinda fun, just wanted to make sure I wasn’t the only one. Thanks for the feedback!
