Just read this article about ZenZest. It sounds like they're trying to rebrand cannabis as some kinda 'elevated' supplement. But is it really any different from other THC gummies? I'm curious if anyone here has tried them. The article mentions 'calm focus' - sounds like typical marketing fluff to me.

I've been seeing ads for ZenZest everywhere. Personally, I stick to my CBD gummies for sleep. I don't mess with THC 'cause it makes me paranoid. But my buddy tried their 'Bliss' gummy and said it was nice for winding down. YMMV though.

Ugh, another expensive brand riding the hype train. As a broke student, I can't justify $40 for a tiny bottle. I get my melatonin from the dollar store and it works fine lol. But if you got money to burn, go for it.

Desperate parent here. My kid's melatonin stopped working, so I might look into ZenZest. Anyone know if it's safe for occasional use? I don't want to be high all night, just need some deep sleep.

@HubermanHopeful579 - Can't speak to safety, but the article says they use 'micro-doses' of THC and CBD. I'd start with half a gummy if you try it. Also, maybe check with a doc if you're worried. My two cents: CBT for sleep is better long-term, but I know that's not always easy.
