Anyone else get vivid dreams from softgels?

So I started taking these omega-3 softgels last week, and I've been having the most vivid, crazy dreams. Like, I woke up confused if it was real or not. Anyone else experience this? It's not bad, just weird. Also my urine is super bright yellow, but that's probably the B vitamins.

Bright urine is def the B vitamins, no worry. But vivid dreams? I get that when I take melatonin or if I have too much sugar before bed. Never from softgels though. Maybe it's the gelatin? Or are they fish oil? Could be a placebo effect, but who knows. You might be more sensitive to something in them.

Oh, I've had that! I used to take a multivitamin softgel and I'd get these super vivid dreams, almost like lucid dreams. It was kinda cool. I think it might be the vitamin D or the B6? I've read that B6 can affect dream vividness. Also, if it's fish oil, sometimes it can change your body chemistry, but harmless. I'd say enjoy the show, haha.

I haven't experienced vivid dreams, but I did notice my taste buds changed for a while when I started taking a turmeric softgel. Like everything tasted slightly metallic for a week. It went away though. Our bodies react differently, I guess. If it's just dreams, I wouldn't worry. Maybe take them earlier in the day? That might help.

Thanks for the input, guys. I'll try taking them in the morning instead of at night. See if that changes anything. Glad I'm not alone. And OasisOliver, metallic taste sounds weird! I had a weird taste with some gummy vitamins once, but not softgels. Anyway, thanks!
