Anyone else get weird dreams from these?

Hey all! I've been taking the gummy vitamins for about a week now (the new softgels, not the regular ones), and I've been having the most vivid dreams! Like, movie-quality, wake-up-and-wonder-what-happened dreams. I'm not complaining, but it's a bit odd. They're not nightmares or anything, just super detailed. Has anyone else experienced this? Just curious if it's just me or if it's a thing.

Lol RootRose, that's wild! I didn't get dreams, but I did notice my pee is neon yellow. Like highlighter yellow. I thought I was dehydrated or something, but I drink a ton of water. Turns out it's the B vitamins. So maybe it's all the B12? Dreams can get intense with B vitamins, I think. I'm more of a gadget guy, but I read that somewhere.

Actually yes! I've been taking these for a month and I've had some seriously vivid dreams too. I sort of enjoy them – they make for good morning meditation material. I also noticed my sense of smell seems stronger? Not sure if that's related. But I love the softgels, they're so easy to swallow. I'm a yoga instructor and I recommend them to my students for that extra energy.

I'm new here, but I have to say I've been taking the traditional gummies, not the softgels, and I haven't noticed any dream changes. But I did read that some people get vivid dreams from B6. Might be that. Anyway, I think it's harmless. If it bothers you, maybe try taking them in the morning instead of at night? That helped me with the extra energy at night.

Thanks for the replies! I'm relieved it's not just me. I'll try the morning thing, GlowGigi. And PlantPat, you're probably right about the B vitamins. I'll just enjoy the show while it lasts, haha.
