Anyone else getting super vivid dreams from these softgels?
Hey, so I started taking the strawberry softgels about a week ago and wow, my dreams have been INSANE. Like full-on movie plots I remember in the morning. Not bad, just... weird. Anyone else have this? Is it the B12 or something?
I haven't noticed dreams, but I switched to the sugar-free version and my pee is like neon yellow. I'm guessing it's the riboflavin. Dreams could be B6? I think that's known for that. But I'm no expert!
Haha vivid dreams bring me back to when I tried melatonin gummies. These softgels gave me super bright urine too, but no crazy dreams. Maybe it's the specific blend. What's your dosage?
Med student here. Vivid dreams can be linked to vitamin B6, which is common in multivitamins. Also, B2 (riboflavin) causes bright urine. Both are harmless. If it bothers you, try taking them in the morning. But yeah, totally normal.
