Hey everyone! Just snagged a huge bottle of Nature's Bounty Vitamin D3 softgels at Costco for like 50% off. Usually they're $20, I paid $10! But now I'm wondering, is this a steal or are they cutting corners? Anyone else seen this deal?

Congrats on the deal! Honestly, big box stores like Costco often negotiate bulk pricing, so it's probably legit. I've bought supplements on sale there before and they were fine. Just check the expiration date and batch number for peace of mind. Quality usually isn't compromised for sales like this.

I've seen similar sales at my local pharmacy. I think it's a mix – sometimes they're clearing stock to make room for new packaging or formulations. But I've also bought discounted softgels that were just as good. Trust your gut, but also maybe do a quick Vitamin D blood test to see if they're absorbing well. 😉

I'd say it's a steal, especially from a reputable brand like Nature's Bounty. I've been taking their softgels for years, and I always grab them when they're on sale. The key is to store them properly – cool, dry place – to keep them potent. You're good! Also, check the seal and pill color – if they look uniform, you're fine.

Thanks all! Feeling better about it now. I'll definitely check the batch code and store them right. Also, good tip about the blood test – I've been meaning to get that done anyway. Appreciate the quick replies! 🙌
