Just read this article about lipid-based softgels for BCS I-IV compounds. Sounds like a game-changer for bioavailability! Anyone else tried these? I remember when softgels were just for fish oil, now they're getting all scientific.

Interesting! I've been noticing more supplements switching to lipid formulations. As a yoga instructor, I'm all about efficient absorption. Wonder if this means we'll need smaller doses? Anyone know if these are available in vegan options?

Lipid-based sounds fancy, but I'm still team gummy here. My kids would never take a softgel! But for adults, maybe? The bioavailability thing makes sense though. I've read that fat-soluble vitamins do better with lipids.

True ZenZoe, gummies have their place! But for things like CoQ10 or curcumin, these lipid softgels might actually work better. I'm gonna try find some and report back. HubermanHopeful, I think some brands use plant-based lipids, so vegan options exist.
