Mixing my daily gummy with coffee - bad idea or fine?

Hey all, I take a multivitamin gummy every morning with my coffee (like 2-3 cups worth lol). I'm wondering if that's actually safe or if the caffeine messes with absorption? Also thinking of adding a separate omega-3 gummy later. Anyone tried this combo?

Pat, I'd be careful! I take my gummies with herbal tea or just water—coffee can interfere with iron and some B vitamins. Nature's way is gentler. Maybe space them out by an hour? I photograph plants all day and notice my energy is steadier without mixing stimulants and supplements.

lol Ellen's probably right, but I'm guilty of this too. I use a smart pill tracker app (syncs with my watch) and it flagged possible reduced efficacy with caffeine. Try taking the gummy 30 mins before coffee? Also, omega-3 gummies are fine later—just check the labels for overlap with your multi. Tech saves the day again!

As a paleo dieter, I avoid processed stuff, but if you're set on gummies: coffee's acidity might break them down too fast. Pair with a fat source like avocado instead—helps absorption. And skip extra omega-3 if your multi already has it; overdoing fat-soluble vitamins isn't wise. Keep it ancestral, folks.
