So I started taking these melatonin softgels about 3 weeks ago to help with my sleep, and honestly they've been great for that. But I've also noticed my skin looks... clearer? Less red and blotchy. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not complaining, just curious if it's in my head!

Hmm, I've been taking a multivitamin softgel for years, and I can't say I noticed that. But maybe it's the other ingredients? What brand are you using? Some softgels have added vitamin E or oils that can help with skin. Or maybe it's just the better sleep finally showing on your face! lol

It's probably the coconut oil or MCT oil in the softgel. I take a ketone softgel and it has MCT oil, and I definitely notice my skin is softer. Plus, better sleep = less stress = better skin. Could be the combo.

I'm with you, SleepySue88. I started taking a valerian root softgel for anxiety, and after a few weeks I felt like my skin was less oily. I think it's the anti-inflammatory effect. But hey, extra perk! You might also be drinking more water because you're not too tired? Just my two cents.
