Okay so I’ve been taking these sleep softgels (melatonin + valerian) for about 2 weeks now, really just trying to fix my night shift insomnia. But this morning I woke up and my skin looks… amazing? No breakouts, less redness, actually dewy. Anyone else get random benefits like this? Not complaining but it’s weird lol.

Dude yes! I started taking omega-3 softgels for joint pain but I swear my hair stopped falling out as much. My derm said it's probably the anti-inflammatory stuff. Some softgels have extra vitamins that do more than the label says. What brand are you using?

omg I thought I was the only one!!! I got these ashwagandha softgels to chill me out (I'm a stress ball lol) and after a month my acne cleared up. My meditation buddy says it's because cortisol messes with skin. Maybe check if yours has vitamin E or biotin? Those are sneaky skin helpers.

From another caffeine addict here – I used to chug coffee all day and my skin was trash. Swapped to matcha + magnesium softgels for sleep and now people ask if I’m wearing foundation??? Nah girl just supplements. Softgels are basically multivitamins in oil form sometimes. Check the ingredients list – you might be getting a bonus dose of vitamin A or C.
