Anyone else getting vivid dreams on Super Green Gummies?
So I've been taking the Super Green Gummies for about 2 weeks now, and I've noticed I'm having super vivid dreams every night. Not nightmares, just crazy detailed and colorful. I'm not complaining, but it's a bit odd. Anyone else experience this?
Wait, really? I've been on them for a month and I thought I was just stressed from work, but now that you mention it, I've been having weird dreams too. Like, I dreamt I was in a crossfit comp with a unicorn. That's not normal for me. Maybe it's the B12 or something?
Haha, I'm not dreaming much but I did notice my pee is like neon yellow-green. Initially I thought I was dying lol. But I looked it up and it's probably the B vitamins. As for dreams, maybe it's the adaptogens? I'm on the paleo diet and usually don't do supplements, but these are clean enough.
Good to know I'm not alone! @UrbanUma614, unicorn dreams sound epic! And @DynamicDan62, yeah, I read B vitamins can do that to urine. I'm just glad it's not a health issue. I'll keep taking them, but it's cool to hear others have similar quirks.
