Hey everyone! I’ve been taking my Super Green Gummies for about a month now, but I noticed they’re getting hard and there’s like white powder on them. Also some are stuck together. Are they still okay to eat? I don’t want to waste them.

Usually that white powder is just sugar blooming from temp changes. The gummies might be a bit stale but likely safe. Check the expiry date and if no mold, you can probably eat them. Not a medical advice tho, just personal experience.

Lol I hate when that happens. Some say you can put them in a ziplock with a damp paper towel for a few hours to soften. Not sure about safety though. If they taste off, toss em.

I’ve had that happen too - usually fine if they don’t smell bad. But if they’re super hard and you have to chisel them out, maybe just get a new bottle. Not worth the risk for a few bucks.
