Hey all, I came across this article: "15 Festive Easter Candies You Can Buy At CVS". It mentions Super Green Gummies as part of their seasonal lineup. Here's the summary from the site: "# Seasonal Availability: Super Green Gummies Featured in CVS Easter Guide\n\nAs consumers prepare for the upcoming Easter season, major retailers are expanding their seasonal confectionery selections to..." \n\nI'm curious what you all think about this? Is it a good thing that they're marketing these as Easter candy? I always thought of them as more of a daily supplement. But hey, if it gets people eating more greens, maybe it's not so bad? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I saw that too! Honestly, I'm all for it. If it means I can grab a bag of Super Green Gummies while I'm picking up Easter eggs, that's a win. I've been using them post-workout for a quick antioxidant boost. They're not a replacement for actual veggies, but they're convenient. And if CVS is pushing them for Easter, maybe they'll have sales.😂

I'm a bit torn. On one hand, it's great that more people will try them. On the other, marketing them as 'Easter candy' might make kids think they're just candy, and they might overdo it. These things can have a lot of sugar or weird sweeteners. I stick to whole foods, but I guess for a treat, it's better than pure sugar? Still, I'd rather see them in the supplement aisle, not next to the chocolate bunnies.

Interesting. I actually looked into the ingredient profile of Super Green Gummies after seeing them at CVS. They're not bad, but they're not a miracle either. The bioavailability of some of the nutrients is questionable. However, if they get people who wouldn't otherwise touch a salad to consume some spinach powder, it's a net positive. I'd be curious to see if the Easter version has different ingredients or just festive packaging. Anyone know?

Thanks for the input so far! I agree, @TeaTina566, the sugar content is a concern. But @HealthHacker497, I think it's mostly just packaging. I saw a picture and it's the same gummies but in a pastel bag. I might pick some up just to see if they're any good. If anyone else tries them, let us know!
