Hey everyone, stumbled on this study (PMID: 12345678) about spirulina in supplements. It claims it boosts energy and detoxes heavy metals. The article I read made it sound like a miracle ingredient, but I'm skeptical. Has anyone tried Super Green Gummies with spirulina? Do you think these studies are biased or actually legit? Would love to hear your thoughts!

OMG, I've been incorporating spirulina into my wellness routine for months! That study is totally legit - I've seen similar research in my deep dives. Super Green Gummies with spirulina are a game-changer for daily energy without the crash. Always check if the study is peer-reviewed though! #WellnessJourney

lol, reminds me of the old-school green candy from the 90s that turned your tongue weird colors! But seriously, I've tried those gummies. They taste better than the powder form I had as a kid. The study might have some bias if it's funded by supplement companies, but spirulina itself has been around forever. Maybe try a small pack first?

As a keto believer, I'm wary of any gummies with added sugars or carbs that could kick you out of ketosis. Did that study mention the carb content? Spirulina is low-carb and nutrient-dense, so it could fit a keto lifestyle if the gummies are made right. Always read the labels, folks!

Thanks for the input, everyone! SolarSam393, good point about peer-review - I'll look into that. GummyGuru308, haha, I remember those candies! EarthElias661, the study didn't cover carbs, but I'll check the label. Maybe I'll give them a shot and report back. Appreciate the help!
