Hey everyone! I'm trying to find some good gummy vitamin options as gifts. My dad's turning 70 next month and I want to get him something that supports joint health and overall wellness. Also, my best friend is super into fitness - she runs marathons and does crossfit. Would love recommendations for either a 'health pack' or specific super green gummies that would work for both situations. What do you guys use?

For your fitness friend, definitely look for gummies with B-vitamins and electrolytes! I take the 'Green Machine' gummies after my workouts - they have spirulina and matcha. Helps with recovery. For your dad, maybe something with turmeric and ginger for joints? I'd avoid anything with too much sugar though, check the labels!

omg i love gummy vitamins for my yoga students! For aging parents, I recommend ones with vitamin D and calcium - super important for bone health. My mom takes these 'Golden Years' gummies and swears by them. For your fit friend, maybe something with adaptogens like ashwagandha? Helps with stress management too. Just make sure they're vegan if that matters to them!

Lol I actually use gummy vitamins in some of my healthy dessert recipes! But seriously - for gifts, I'd look for sampler packs. Many brands offer 'try all our greens' packs with different formulations. That way they can figure out what works best. Pro tip: store them somewhere cool or they'll melt together (learned that the hard way when I left some in my car last summer).
