My son thought the super green gummies were candy... and ate half the jar!

Ugh, I hid the jar of super greens in the back of the pantry but my 5yo found them. He said they tasted like 'sour grass' but that didn't stop him from eating like 8 of them before I caught him. Now he's complaining his tummy feels 'fizzy'. Anyone else have kids go ham on these?

Oh dear, that's a classic! My grandson once mistook my elderberry gummies for candy and had a tummy ache for hours. I'd recommend keeping them in a locked cabinet or up high. And maybe check the dosage—too much green stuff can cause loose stools in little ones.

Omg relatable! I had to hide my matcha gummies from my husband because he kept snacking on them 'for energy' lol. But for real, the texture is a bit chewy and the taste is... acquired. Maybe try the citrus-flavored ones? They're sweeter and less 'grassy'.

Thanks for the tips! I'll look into the citrus ones. @FloraFinn866, yeah he's had a couple loose BMs today. Should I be worried? He otherwise seems fine. Also, any advice on making them less appealing? I tried telling him they're 'yucky grown-up medicine' but he doesn't buy it.

A few loose stools isn't alarming if he's acting normal. Just make sure he drinks water. As for storage, maybe a lockable lunchbox or a high shelf in a closet. Kids are persistent! My daughter used to hide her vitamins from her kids in a coffee canister—worked like a charm.
