Sugar in Super Greens? Really?

Just got my first bottle of Super Green Gummies and I'm honestly a bit shocked. 3g of sugar per gummy? That's basically candy! Where's the "green" part? I'm on keto and this is a no-go for me. Why can't they make a sugar-free version? Feels like they're just cashing in on the wellness trend without actually caring about health.

LOL, keto dude, I get it, but honestly? 3g of sugar is nothing. You'd have the same in a handful of berries. Plus, let's be real, if they made them taste like straight-up grass, nobody would take them. The gummies are what make it easy for me to remember to take my vitamins. I'm not saying all sugar is fine, but for a supplement that's supposed to be convenient and pleasant, a little sugar is a fair trade.

From a medical standpoint, I see both sides. Sugar is definitely not great, especially for people with metabolic issues, but the dose here is relatively small compared to the average American's daily intake. The bigger issue might be the "candy-fication" of supplements. If you're relying on gummies for all your vitamins, you might be missing out on better-absorbed forms. But for a busy person, it's better than forgetting completely. Just check the label for other additives, and maybe balance it with a healthy diet.

Yuri, I get the 'better than forgetting' angle, but it's a slippery slope. Next thing you know, we'll have gummy versions of everything and people will think they're eating a healthy meal. And Guru, maybe I'm just old-school, but I'd rather swallow a pill than eat candy every day. I'm returning these and sticking with capsules.

Fair enough! To each their own. I'll keep munching my little green candies and actually feel good about it. 😉
