Okay, I just tried the new Super Green Gummies and I'm seriously questioning if these are actually supplements or just candy. The label says 5g of sugar per serving! That's like eating a handful of gummy bears. I get that they want to make them taste good, but we're adults trying to get our greens, not kids. Is convenience really worth the sugar? I feel like this is just 'candy-fication' of supplements.

I hear you, but honestly, I think the sugar is a necessary evil. I've tried those chalky green powders, and I literally can't choke them down. As a fitness pro, I recommend my clients get greens in whatever form they'll actually take. If that means a few grams of sugar, so be it. 5g is not that bad compared to a typical soda. And these gummies are easy to toss in my gym bag.

I'm with Uma on this one. I'm training for a marathon, and I need things that are quick and don't make me feel like I'm going to hurl mid-run. The gummies are a lifesaver. I just check the sugar in my other snacks and account for it. But, I do wish they used something like stevia or monk fruit to cut the sugar. Maybe they'll come out with a lower sugar version.

I get the convenience, but as someone who spends a lot of time in nature, I value whole foods over processed 'supplements' when I can manage. However, I do keep these gummies for travel days. I think moderation is key. Maybe not eat a whole serving every day, but have them when you're on the go. Also, 5g of sugar is not the end of the world if your diet is clean otherwise.
