Super Green Gummies at CVS for Easter?
Just saw this article about Easter candies at CVS and it mentions Super Green Gummies! I thought they were a supplement, not a candy. Anyone try them? Are they actually good or just another marketing gimmick? https://www.cvs.com/.../15-festive-easter-candies
As a retired nurse, I'd say these gummies are more about convenience than nutrition. They have some greens but also added sugar. For Easter, they're a fun treat but don't replace real veggies. I've tried them - taste like a sweet grassy candy.
Honestly, I grab a bottle for pre-workout energy. Theyre not candy to me. But at CVS for Easter? That's weird. Probably just trying to cash in on the holiday. Still, if it gets people to eat some greens, why not?
Lol, imagine putting these in an Easter basket. "Happy Easter, here's some spinach gummies!" But seriously, CVS is smart placing them with Easter stuff. I'd rather get these than peeps. Anyone know if they're gluten-free? My kid has celiac.
