Super Green Gummies giving me wild dreams – anyone else?
Hey all! I've been taking Super Green Gummies for about a week now (love the energy boost!). But I've noticed my dreams have been super vivid and weird – like full-on cinematic every night. I'm a night shift worker so sleep is precious, and these dreams are kinda fun but also intense. Anyone else experienced this? Is it the chlorophyll or something?
OMG yes! I had the same thing when I started. My fitbit showed my sleep quality went down but I felt rested? Maybe it's the B vitamins. Also my pee is like neon yellow lmao. Think it's fine but def worth checking. My tech gadgets say it's normal lol
Totally normal! I'm a nature photographer and spend a lot of time outdoors, and since taking these gummies I swear I can taste more nuances in wild berries and herbs. Probably the spirulina or something. Dreams too, but I enjoy them – makes my landscape shots feel more inspired! Just stay hydrated and you're good.
