Just tried the new Super Green Gummies and I’m scratching my head. 4g of sugar per serving?! For a health supplement, that's basically candy. Why can't we have stevia or monk fruit? This whole 'gummy-fication' trend is watering down the purity of supplements. Rant over.

Hey Sid, I feel you. But as a chef, I gotta say sugar isn't the devil. It's about balance. These gummies make it easy for people who hate swallowing pills to actually take their greens. I add them to my morning smoothie for a boost. Plus, taste matters! No one wants a bitter pill.

Med student here. The sugar content is a legit concern for daily use. But it's not all bad – the convenience might improve compliance. I'd rec checking the label for real ingredients vs. just sugar. Some gummies use tapioca syrup or organic cane. Still, for keto folks or diabetics, these are a no-go.

I've been taking these since the beta. Yeah, a bit sweet, but I've had zero issues with blood sugar (and I'm pre-diabetic). The greens mix includes a fiber that slows absorption. Plus, it's got probiotics. Maybe it's about picking the right product? Not all gummies are created equal.
