THREAD: Super Green Gummies - Unexpected side effect? Actually good!Started by VitalVince860

Hey all, I started taking Super Green Gummies about a month ago hoping they'd help with my insomnia. I've been mixing them into my nightly smoothie with some homemade ashwagandha powder. The sleep thing is... okay, maybe a little better? But the weird part is my skin! I've had mild acne for years despite all my DIY remedies (tea tree oil, honey masks, you name it). Now it's clearing up noticeably. Anyone else get an unexpected benefit like this?

Vince, I'm always skeptical of these 'miracle' gummies - as a mom, I've seen so many fads. But my daughter (16) has been taking them for energy during exams, and her eczema has improved. I thought it was the new moisturizer, but maybe not? What's even in these? The label has vague 'proprietary blend' stuff. Makes me nervous, even if the results seem positive.

Omg, yes!! I started Super Greens for digestion (yoga instructor life - gotta keep things flowing, lol). But my stress levels have dropped so much! I used to get really anxious before big classes, now I feel way more centered. Maybe it's the adaptogens? The mind-body connection is real. Vince, your skin thing makes sense - stress reduction can clear skin too! Try pairing with morning sun salutations ;)

Honestly, I prefer traditional whole foods. A balanced diet with real greens would give you these benefits without mysterious additives. But my wife convinced me to try the gummies for joint support (I'm 58). Surprise - my afternoon energy slump disappeared. Still, I'd rather eat spinach than rely on processed supplements. NatureNancy, you're right to question the ingredients.
