Just read this article comparing Airborne and Emergen-C for immune health. I've tried both but curious what the community thinks. Anyone have experience with either? Article link: https://example.com/airborne-emergen-c

I'm all about whole food sources, but if I have to pick, Emergen-C is cleaner. Airborne has too many random herbs that can mess with your gut. Plus, Emergen-C has B vitamins for energy. Biohacker tip: take it with zinc and quercetin for max effect.

From a nursing perspective, they're both fine for short-term use. But watch the sugar content! Emergen-C has less sugar per serving. I tell my patients to get vitamin C from bell peppers and strawberries instead. Gummies are a good alternative too if you need a supplement.

I've used both. Airborne tastes gross but Emergen-C is easy to chug. For me, consistency matters more than the brand. I just set a reminder on my smartwatch. Also, check the expiration date because they lose potency over time.

Oh good point about expiration! I once took expired Airborne and it did nothing. Stick with fresh stuff. And yeah, if you're into gadgets, there's even a smart water bottle that reminds you to drink your Emergen-C 😂
