Anyone else get super vivid dreams from these?
Hey all, I've been taking these Vitamin C gummies for about a week now (the orange flavor ones) and holy moly, my dreams have been like full-blown movies! I remember them every morning and they're so wild. I'm a pretty grounded person, not usually into that stuff, but I'm wondering if it's the gummies? Also, my urine is like neon yellow, which I know is normal but still startling. Anyone else experienced this?
Vivid dreams? Not really. That's probably unrelated, mate. Could be stress or something. But the bright yellow pee is definitely the B vitamins they add, riboflavin and what not. Harmless, just your body getting rid of what it doesn't need. I've been taking these for years, never had the dreams. Maybe you're just super sensitive to something in them. But if it doesn't bother you, keep on chewing!
Oh, I've had wacky dreams too! I work nights, so my sleep schedule is all over the place, but since starting these gummies, my dreams are so vivid and weird.
