Just read this! I think it's awesome that they're focusing on teens now. I've been giving my 14-year-old vitamin C gummies for years, but maybe I should look into a complete multivitamin. Anyone have experience with the ones mentioned?

I peeked at the list. Not a fan of a lot of those brands - they use too many synthetic additives. I’m all about whole food sources for my teens. But hey, if gummies get them to take vitamins, I'm not judging. I’ve been making my own elderberry gummies lately!

Honestly, most multivitamins are a waste of money if your teen eats a balanced diet. I focus on vitamin D and omega-3s for my athletes. But those gummy vitamins are full of sugar - might as well eat candy. Just my two cents.

I’m with YogaYara on the synthetic stuff. But tbh, my kid refuses anything that isn't gummy. So we compromise with a clean brand. This article didn't mention the chewable tablets I use, but it's nice to see some options. Now if only they made caffeinated gummies for me...
