Best Vitamin C Gummies for Mom & Gym Rat Friend?
Hey guys! My mom’s been getting sick a lot lately and my best friend is a fitness nut who’s always trying new supps. I wanna get them a “health pack” of gummies for Christmas. Anyone know good vitamin C gummies that actually work? Mom’s picky about taste and friend wants clean ingredients. Budget is mid-range.
Honestly, I don’t trust most gummy vitamins. They’re just candy with a sprinkle of vitamins. for your mom I’d say check out Garden of Life’s vitamin C – they use real fruit and no crap. But make sure she checks sugar content. And your friend might prefer a powder – gummies don’t have enough for a hardcore athlete.
lol Nancy’s always skeptical. But OP, I’ve had luck with “SmartyPants” adult gummies – they taste good and have some extra D3 and zinc. My mom loves them. And for the gym friend, maybe try “Nature’s Way” Alive! gummies – they’re more potent. Also, check Amazon’s subscribe & save, cheaper.
Newbie here but I got these “Vitamin C Gems” by Zarbee’s for my mom – she said they taste like oranges, not medicine. And for your friend, maybe a combo pack with vitamin C and zinc? I use “OLLY” immunity gummies and they’re tasty but some ppl say they’re too sweet.
