Hey y’all! I’m putting together little health packs for my mom (60s, wants to stay active) and my friend (fitness nut, always at the gym). I want to include some vitamin C gummies but there are SO many options. Anyone have faves? Looking for ones that taste decent and aren’t too expensive. Bonus if they have other good stuff like zinc or elderberry. Thanks!

For a budget-friendly option, I’ve been using the Nature’s Bounty Vitamin C gummies. They’re like $10 for a big bottle, taste like oranges, and my mom loves them. For your gym friend, maybe check out the Garden of Life Vitamin C with amla – it’s a bit more but has probiotics. Just an idea!

I’m super picky about ingredients – no artificial dyes or corn syrup. My kids take the MaryRuth’s organic vitamin C gummies. They’re sweetened with tapioca syrup and taste good. Also has zinc in some versions. For your mom, maybe a multivitamin gummy that includes C? Less hassle.

If your friend is a gym rat, they might dig the NutraChamps Vitamin C gummies. They have extra bioflavonoids for absorption and a little kick of ginger. Tastes like sour candy. For your mom, the Nature Made Vitamin C gummies are solid – no weird aftertaste and easy on the stomach. Just my two cents!
