Hey everyone, newbie here! I've been taking these Vitamin C gummies every morning (the organic ones with rosehip extract). I usually have them with my coffee right after breakfast. Is that okay? I read somewhere that caffeine might interfere with absorption, but I'm not sure. Anyone else do this combo?

Welcome! As an eco-warrior, I'd say ditch the coffee altogether—it's terrible for the environment with all those single-use pods and shipping emissions! But if you must, try spacing them out. Vitamin C is water-soluble, so taking it with coffee might flush it out faster. I take my gummies with a glass of filtered tap water (in a reusable bottle, of course!) about 30 mins before my herbal tea. Better for you and the planet!

Hi there! Nature photographer here—I'm all about natural combos! I take my Vitamin C gummies with a handful of fresh berries I forage during my shoots (like wild strawberries or blackberries). The synergy feels amazing! Coffee might be fine, but why not pair it with something vibrant from nature? Just a thought! Also, love that you're using organic gummies—respect!

Biohacker Steve chiming in. OP, caffeine can slightly reduce absorption of some nutrients, but for Vitamin C, the effect is minimal if you're taking a decent dose (500mg+). I've tracked my levels with blood tests—no major drops when paired with coffee. Key is consistency. If you're worried, take the gummies 15-20 mins before coffee. But honestly, the bigger issue is sugar content in gummies—check those labels! I optimize with liposomal C instead, but gummies are fine for adherence.

Thanks, all! Great insights. Paula, I'll try spacing them out more. Jack, foraging sounds cool but I'm in the city, haha. Steve, my gummies are low-sugar, promise! I'll stick to my routine but maybe shift the timing a bit. Appreciate the help!
