Gummy recs for my dad and my gym-rat bestie?
Hey everyone! My dad's turning 70 and he's always complaining about his immune system, and my best friend is a total fitness nut who's always talking about recovery. Seconding Garden of Life for the older crowd - my mom loves their 'immune' gummies, says they're easy on the stomach. For the athlete, I'd actually recommend a powder like Emergen-C mixed into water - more vitamin C per serving and less sugar. But if gummies are a must, SmartyPants makes an active formula with vitamin D and omegas too. Just watch the sugar content if they're strict about diet.

No one-size-fits-all imo becuase their needs are diff. But if you want a bundle, Nature's Bounty has a 'family health' pack with vit C, D, and zinc - could work for both if you think they'd like it.
