Is this study on high-dose vitamin C gummies legit or just hype?

Just saw this study (PMID: 12345678) claiming 1000mg vitamin C gummies boost immunity 3x more than standard 500mg. Sounds like BS to me, but curious what you guys think. Link: https://example.com/study

Ugh, these studies are always funded by supplement companies. My kid's pediatrician says stick to 200mg for kids. I'd rather get vitamin C from oranges than trust some random study.

I've been taking 1000mg gummies for a year while traveling. Definitely get sick less often. But this study? No idea if it's legit. pHD in broscience here 😂

True, lunar. The funding section says "Supported by a grant from GummiHealth Inc." So probably biased. Still, the results look promising if you ignore the conflict of interest.
