Ok so I'm heading on a 6-hour flight next week and I always bring my vitamin C gummies. But I'm worried they might melt in my carry-on? Also TSA - do they care about gummy vitamins? Anyone have experience?

I've taken gummies through TSA tons of times. They don't bat an eye. As for melting, I'd keep them in your personal bag, not checked luggage, cause cargo holds can get cold but then maybe they're fine? I just throw 'em in my backpack and they've been ok.

Pro tip: if it's summer and you're worried about melting, toss the bottle in a little insulated lunch bag or wrap it in a sweater in your bag. I've done that for hiking trips. TSA doesn't care about vitamins as long as they're in original packaging.

I second the insulated bag idea! I always take mine on road trips and they got a little soft once, so now I just keep them in a small cooler bag. But honestly, I've never had them fully melt.

Thanks everyone! I'll just keep them in my carry-on bag and wrap them in a sweater just in case. Glad TSA is chill about them lol.
