Hey all! I'm about to head out on a cross-country road trip and then a flight to Europe. I never skip my vitamin C gummies, but I'm worried about them melting in the car or getting flagged by TSA. Anyone have experience with this? Also, any storage tips for keeping them solid?

Dude, I feel you. I take my gummies everywhere. For the car, just keep them in a cooler or at least out of direct sunlight. They might get a little soft but they won't turn to mush unless it's like scorching. On the plane, they're fine. TSA doesn't care about gummies, just put them in your carry-on in the original container. I've flown with them tons of times. No issues.

I always worry about the plastic packaging, but that's a different story. For travel, I use a little reusable silicone pouch. They won't melt as easily if they're not in a hot car. And yeah, TSA is not an issue. But if you're hiking in heat, they might get sticky. I've had that happen. Just keep them in a cool place in your pack.

I've taken my gummies on many yoga retreats, even to tropical places. They do get soft but not completely liquid. I usually put them in a small glass jar with a tight lid. If they get soft, I just pop them in the fridge or AC and they firm up again. Also, I think TSA is more concerned about liquids, so gummies are totally chill. Namaste!

For long runs in hot weather, I've had gummies turn into a blob in my pocket. Not fun. So if you're hiking, use a small insulated pouch or even a thermos. Also, if you're crossing borders, make sure to keep them in the original labeled bottle to avoid any questions. Otherwise, you're good. Safe travels!
