Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was super relevant for our vitamin C gummy discussions! # Are you taking supplements correctly? Here’s a guide on their dosage limits A recent report highlights a critical, yet often overlooked, aspect of the booming supplement industry: the importance of proper dosage. With gummies being so tasty, it's easy to overdo it. What do you all think? Are we being careful enough with our Vitamin C intake?

Ugh this hits home. I pop those gummies like candy during busy weeks when I'm running between meetings and skipping meals. The article's right - I probably take 3-4 when the bottle says 2 max. But they're so convenient! Anyone else guilty of this? Need to be more mindful I guess...

As a parent, I'm EXTRA careful with supplements. My kids love the vitamin C gummies (organic, dye-free of course), but I measure every dose. This article confirms what I've been telling my mom group - more isn't better! Too much vitamin C can cause stomach issues. We stick to the recommended dose even when cold season hits.

Med student here - can confirm the science backs this up! The UL (tolerable upper intake level) for vitamin C is 2000mg/day for adults. Most gummies have 250-500mg each. Exceeding that regularly can lead to diarrhea, nausea, and in rare cases kidney stones. The 'if some is good, more is better' mentality is dangerous with supplements. Great share OP!

YESSSS been saying this forever!! I track ALL my micronutrients with an app. Vitamin C gummies are awesome for immunity but people forget they're SUPPLEMENTS, not replacements for whole foods. I pair mine with citrus fruits for balanced intake. Pro tip: take with food to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset! Who else tracks their doses?
