Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was super relevant for our gummy vitamin discussions! # Are you taking supplements correctly? Here’s a guide on their dosage limits A recent report highlights a critical, yet often overlooked, aspect of the booming supplement industry: the importance of proper dosage limits, especially with things like Vitamin C gummies that taste like candy. I've been taking 2-3 of my chewables daily - should I be worried? What's everyone's take on this?

As a Paleo follower, I'm always skeptical about supplements in general. Our ancestors got their Vitamin C from real food like berries and organ meats! That said, I do take a gummy sometimes in winter. The article makes a good point - we treat these like candy but they're concentrated nutrients. I stick to one gummy max, and only when I feel run down. Quality over quantity, people!

Interesting read! As someone who cooks a lot, I've actually started making my own vitamin C sources - adding more bell peppers and citrus to meals. But hey, gummies are convenient! I take one with breakfast. The article mentions kidney stones with too much C... yikes. Maybe we should treat these like seasoning - a little enhances, too much ruins the dish?

Digital nomad here - I LIVE on supplements since my diet's inconsistent traveling. Vitamin C gummies are my go-to for immune support. This article is timely though... I've definitely taken extra 'just in case' before flights. The dosage limits thing is real - I'm going to check my bottle's RDA% when I get to my next WiFi spot. Anyone know if different brands have wildly different concentrations?

Amateur chef chiming in! I use gummies more for my kids than myself, but this makes me rethink. If we're talking cooking metaphors: supplements should be the garnish, not the main course! The article's right that we need to pay attention to total intake. I'm going to compare my gummy's dose to what's in my morning orange juice now...
