Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was super relevant to our gummy discussions! # Are you taking supplements correctly? Here’s a guide on their dosage limits
A recent report highlights a critical, yet often overlooked, aspect of the booming supplement industry: the importance of proper dosing. It talks about how easy it is to overdo it with supplements, especially with tasty gummies. What do you all think? Are we being careful enough with our Vitamin C gummies?

omg this is so timely! I was just telling my yoga class yesterday about balance in everything, even supplements. I take 2 Vitamin C gummies daily for immunity, but now I'm wondering if that's too much? The article mentions that excess Vitamin C can cause digestive issues... and let me tell you, during downward dog, that's the last thing you want lol. Maybe we should stick to one?

As a mom, I'm always worried about my kids' gummy vitamins too! I give them the chewable Vitamin C ones, but this article has me double-checking labels. The dosage for kids is way lower than adults, right? I've caught my 8-year-old sneaking extras because they 'taste like candy' - gotta keep them locked up! Thanks for sharing this, OP. Natural sources like oranges are great, but gummies are so convenient for busy families.

Fascinating article! The science here is crucial. Vitamin C has a UL (Tolerable Upper Intake Level) of 2000mg/day for adults, but many gummies contain 250-500mg per piece. If someone takes multiple supplements plus eats fortified foods, they could easily exceed safe limits. Pro-tip: Check your total daily intake from ALL sources, not just gummies. Also, fat-soluble vitamins are more risky to overdose on than Vitamin C (which is water-soluble), but still - moderation matters!

HealthHacker840 always coming in with the facts! So if it's water-soluble, does that mean excess just... pees out? Still, I don't want to waste money or upset my stomach. Maybe I'll switch to taking my gummy every other day and load up on bell peppers instead (they have more Vit C than oranges, btw!). Balance, like in yoga ✨
