THREAD: Vitamin C Gummies on Sale at Costco - Too Good to Be True?Started by OP

Hey everyone! I was at Costco yesterday and saw their Nature's Bounty Vitamin C gummies on sale for like half the usual price. Has anyone tried these? I'm wondering if the lower price means they're lower quality or if it's just a good deal. Don't want to waste money on something that won't work!

OP, I've bought those for my kids before! They're actually pretty decent - no artificial colors and they use natural flavors. The sale price is probably just Costco clearing inventory or a seasonal promo. Just check the expiration date! My little ones love them and we haven't gotten sick as much this winter. Much better than those sugary gummies at the regular grocery store.

Hold up - are they vegan though?? Most gummies have gelatin which is made from animal bones. I learned that the hard way last year. If they're plant-based, then maybe it's worth it, but otherwise it's just supporting cruel industries. I'd rather pay more for ethical supplements tbh. Check the ingredients list carefully!

Price doesn't always equal quality, but energy matters! Lower vibration products often come with cheaper manufacturing. That said, Vitamin C is Vitamin C - ascorbic acid works regardless. I'd be more concerned about fillers and synthetic additives. Look for organic options if possible, but if money's tight, these could help your immune system. Just pair with some elderberry for synergy!

As someone who works nights and needs all the immune help I can get, I've tried these. They're fine - not amazing but they do the job. The sale is legit, Costco often has good supplement deals. Just take them consistently. My tip: keep them by your bed so you remember when you get home at 3 AM. Way cheaper than getting sick and missing shifts!
