Weird dreams after Vitamin C gummies? Anyone else?
Hey all, I've been taking these new Vitamin C gummies (the orange-flavored ones) for about a week, and I've noticed I've been having super vivid dreams. Not nightmares, just really detailed and weird dreams. Also, my pee is super bright yellow, but I guess that's normal? Anyone else get the vivid dreams thing?
Dude, I get that too! I thought I was just stressed from exams. But yeah, the dreams are wild. And the bright pee is def normal - it's the excess vitamin C leaving your body. No worries there. For the dreams, maybe try taking them in the morning instead of at night?
I haven't noticed dreams myself, but my grandkids love these gummies. I'm more concerned about the sugar content. But the bright urine is harmless, like RhinoRich said. Just stay hydrated. As for dreams, could be the sugar rush or maybe some other ingredient. Keep an eye on it, Bob.
