Anyone else get super vivid dreams from vitamin D gummies?
Hey all, I've been taking these vitamin D gummies for about two weeks now (the ones with 2000 IU). I've noticed my dreams have been insanely vivid and wild. Not nightmares, just really detailed and bizarre. Anyone else? Is this a known thing?
Whoa, same here! I thought I was the only one. I've been on them for a month and my dreams are like full-length movies. I wake up exhausted sometimes. Glad it's not just me.
Vivid dreams are a known side effect of vitamin D supplementation, especially at higher doses. It might be related to its role in serotonin production. I'd say it's harmless, but if it bothers you, try taking them in the morning instead of at night.
Interesting! I've been taking vitamin D gummies but haven't noticed any dream changes. My urine is super bright though, is that normal? Lol. Also, KaleKen, maybe try a lower dose? I take 1000 IU and it's been fine.
