Just saw this article: https://example.com/best-multivitamins-teens-2026. Looks like they really dug into the science. What do you guys think? Are gummy vitamins ever as good as pills? I know teens are picky eaters so maybe gummies help.

Yo, I've tried a few brands with my kids. Gummies are def more appealing but watch out for sugar content. Some have as much as a candy bar! For teens, I'd look for ones with no added sugar or at least low glycemic. The article seems solid though.

I'm on a tight budget but still want quality. Anyone know if the ones in that article are affordable? I swear by chewable vitamins from store brands, but if gummies work better for my younger sister maybe it's worth it.

Great topic. From a bioavailability standpoint, gummies can have issues with stability and precise dosing. Some studies show lower absorption. But for compliance? Gummies win. I'd pick ones with third-party testing and avoid mega-doses. Check if they have adequate vitamin D and B12.

I love that multivitamin tech has evolved. I was an early adopter of a brand that uses liposomal delivery in gummies. Tastes great and no stomach upset. But it's pricey. For teens, I think a good gummy is better than no vitamin at all. Just read labels!
