So I'm at Costco yesterday and see their Kirkland brand vitamin D3 gummies are $9.99 for a 2-pack (normally like $18). I'm on night shift so I take 4000 IU daily. Could this be a quality issue or just a regular clearance? Want to stock up but nervous.

I work nights too! I think that's a steal. Costco usually has good quality control. I've been buying those for a year and my levels are fine (tested last month). Maybe check the expiration date if you're worried, but I'd grab a couple.

Probly just clearing shelf space for new packaging. Kirkland stuff is usually solid. I'm a biohacker and I've run my own blood tests – their D3 gummies absorb well for me. Go for it.

I got those too! They taste exactly the same as the regular price ones. My caffeine-addicted brain says it's a yes. Only downside is the sugar, but whatever.

From a bioavailability standpoint, gummies can be hit or miss but Kirkland is reputable. The sale price likely just reflects bulk buying. I'd stock up. Pair with K2 for best results.
