I just saw this article and I'm skeptical. My kid wanted these, but I've read too many stories about gummies being loaded with sugar and not having the vitamins they claim. Anyone here actually tried Grüns? I need some real talk before I shell out the $$$.

I've been following the research on gummy vitamins, and the bioavailability of some nutrients is actually lower in gummy form compared to traditional pills. But Grüns seems to have a lot of good reviews. Curious about the sugar content though. Did the article mention that?

Ha, I remember when gummies were just for kids and they tasted like pure sugar. Now they've gotten all fancy. I tried a brand last year and it was like eating a candy every morning. But honestly, I felt no different. Maybe it's all placebo? Still, I like the ritual.

I'm not a doctor but I love a good gummy. I make my own at home with real fruit juice and ascorbic acid. Cheap and no weird additives. But for a commercial one, I'd check the label for sugar and any artificial colors. Anyone got the actual ingredient list from the article?
